Valuations
The most important aspect of the sale of a business is valuation. Before offering a business for sale, it is imperative to establish a value for the tangible and intangible assets. We appreciate the importance of a maximum return on a business. We will help sellers establish an attainable exit strategy. A commercial property must include a cash flow analysis. If business and real estate are involved the two must be differentiated for the purposes of valuation and, often, financing.

Confidentiality
The sale of most businesses requires absolute confidentiality because of the negative effect it could have on employees, customers and vendors. We'll work closely with the seller to ensure that all information and discussions with potential buyers are handled in total confidence.

Marketing
Through interviews with the seller we'll develop a high-quality marketing presentation to sell the business. We'll screen buyers to determine their level of interest and purchasing ability. We'll provide a full Offering Prospectus to qualified buyers, who will be required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement.

Advertising
We'll advertise and promote the business or commercial property in selected local, regional and national publications. We also offer businesses through online business brokerage websites and professional contacts.

We are members of the International Business Brokers Association, the largest non-profit organization for business brokerage.

Leasing
If you own commercial space that you want to lease, our business specialists will use the same marketing, advertising and networking expertise to locate the right tenant and negotiate the lease.
